1.) Make sure that you are signing in with your Vol State email when prompted for login.
a.) Student email addresses are your Username + "@volstate.edu" (e.g. "email@example.com")
b.) Employee email addresses are your FirstName.LastName + "@volstate.edu" (e.g. "John.Smith@volstate.edu")
c.) Also, make sure that you are NOT signed in with a personal Microsoft account in your current browser session when attempting to sign in to My Vol State.
2.) If you need to reset your password, please use the green "Set/Reset Password" at the top of the page and do not use the one on the Microsoft Login page. Password resets can take up to 2 minutes to sync. 3.) If you still cannot access your account or receive an error on login, please contact the Help Desk at (615) 230-3302.
