Make sure that you are signing in with your Vol State email
when prompted for login.
a.) Student email addresses are your Username + "@volstate.edu"
b.) Employee email addresses are your FirstName.LastName + "@volstate.edu"
c.) Also, make sure that you are NOT signed in with a personal Microsoft account in your current browser session when attempting to sign in to My Vol State.
If you need to reset your password, please use the green "Set/Reset Password"
at the top of the page and do not use the one on the Microsoft Login page. Password resets can take up to 2 minutes to sync.
